No Return/Refund Policy

At Humble Hippo Designs, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the custom nature of our designs and the personal attention given to each order, we have adopted a strict no return/refund policy. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and may provide a replacement at our discretion.

Digital Products:

  • All digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Ensure you read the product descriptions and details before purchase.

Damages and issues
